This offer involves the dinner being set beneath a chandelier of stars on the Resort’s pier which stretches into the Indian Ocean. The guests will relax to the rhythmic sound of the ocean waves as AYANA’s kitchen staff prepares a thoughtfully crafted 4-course menu. This dining experience can either be enjoyed as a table for two or as a group celebration.

This dining offer provides the guests with an opportunity to start a healthier lifestyle with the delicious locally grown organic meal served at Spa Café which is opened daily.
Each dish is specially prepared to help one feel more energetic, boost their immune system and increase the person’s overall sense of well-being.
· The ‘All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum at Ah Yat’
This offer presents a wide selection of Hong Kong-style Dim Sum at the reputable Chinese restaurant in Bali, Ah Yat Abalone Seafood Restaurant. The service is only available for lunch on all the days of the week.
· The DAVA Steak and Seafood
The DAVA Steak and Seafood offer simply brings the steak house and seafood grill dining experience to AYANA.
The Martini Bar, which opens at 6pm every evening, is the best place to meet with friends and family for classic cocktails, accompanied by DAVA’s exciting menu that presents the culinary works of the highly experienced kitchen brigade.

· The Rijstaffel Dinner at RIMBA
This offer enables guests to enjoy the traditional Indonesian cuisine traditionally served in the Rijstaffel style which is an Indonesian way of sharing a meal with one’s friends and family.
It is served near the RIMBA Cabana Pool, on one of the comfortable birdcage cabanas of the resort. The guest is served with a seemingly never-ending array of local dishes such as the curries, salads, soup, and grilled fish in banana leaf.
The Rijstaffel dinner is best shared amongst a group however, it is also available for couples who want to explore the diversity of dishes from Indonesia.
As part of the RIMBA’s community outreach program, guests are given a souvenir of the hand-written menu on a lontar which is a type of wood traditionally used for writing palm leaf manuscripts.
