Would you get a vaginal steam? (Yes, it is exactly what you think it is.)
Basically, it is facial for your vagina.
Vaginal steam baths (chai-yok) originated in Korea, and are said to alleviate stress, help fight infections in the area (bacterial and viral), regulate menstrual cycles, heal hemorrhoids, and aid in fertility.
Does it work?
The jury is still out. It definitely increases blood flow to the area, which can boost immunity response. However, there is no evidence proving the bath does everything claimed by proponents of the treatment. This is similar to the case of the jade eggs from Yonieggs.co which they claim to be helpful in bladder control or menstrual cycle regulation since ancient times but has yet to have conclusive scientific findings to prove the claim.
