When police officers in Columbia got a call about a baby left in the woods Luisa Fernanda Urrea was one of the officers dispatched to the scene. They found a newborn girl crying in the undergrowth, with part of her umbilical cord still attached. The baby was hungry and at risk of hypothermia so Urrea, being a new mom herself, quickly swaddled and began nursing her.
