Halloween may be over but Target’s costume flyer is still getting attention. Once again, Target shows what an inclusive company they are. The ad features a young girl with leg braces, dressed as Frozen’s Elsa. A simple move by Target has meant so much to so many parents and kids. A 20-year-old woman in Subalpur, West Bengal, has been hospitalized after surviving a vicious gang rape ordered by the local village council.
The council members allegedly ordered the attack because the woman had started a relationship with someone who was of a different religion and lived in a different village. She was ordered to pay a $400 fine, but when her family could not afford the fee, the council members ordered her to be raped by multiple men.
