How to make a homemade hot oil treatment: rosemary olive oil & honey
Here is an easy recipe for rosemary infused olive oil! We use it for our homemade lotions and hair oils…and of course, recipes. (This is our secret ingredient in our homemade spaghetti sauce!)
Rosemary infused olive oil recipe
Add sprigs and oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Transfer sprigs and oil to jar and refrigerate for up to 1 month.

Homemade strawberry milk is one of our favorite treats to serve on Valentine’s Day. This version can be made dairy and processed sugar-free. One of our boys has a slight lactose intolerance and absolutely loves the almond milk version. However, if you are up for doing dairy, definitely try it with the heavy whipping cream for an extra special treat.

This is a fun one to do with kids!
We love this mask because of the combination of ingredients. Carrots are naturally antiseptic and packed with beta-carotene and iron, while avocados are a good source of biotin which helps prevent dry skin, and rosewater is an anti-inflammatory.
2 large carrots, chopped
1 ripe avocado, sliced’
2-5 tablespoons of rosewater

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
Mix all ingredients (except topping) together well but DO NOT OVER MIX (this is important).
