Supreme Court Removes “Boobie Bracelets” Ban

On Monday, the US Supreme Court rejected an appeal which aimed to ban students in Pennsylvania from wearing the “I ‘heart’ Boobies!” breast cancer awareness bracelets.

The Easton Area School District tried to prohibit youths from wearing the bracelets, alleging the words were lewd.

13-year-old students, Brianna Hawk and Kayla Martinez were given half-day suspensions on Breast Cancer Awareness Day after they refused to take off their bracelets. The students legally challenged the ban in 2010, citing freedom of speech.… Keep Reading!!!

Sharjah Baby-Friendly Campaign: United Arab Emirates is Normalizing Breastfeeding in Public

The Sharjah Baby-Friendly Campaign was launched by Princess Shaikha Bodour Bint Sultan Al Qasimi in 2012, and has since been taking off throughout the city of Sharjah. Victoria Secret Employee Tells Mother to Go Outside and Breastfeed in an Alley

Ashley Clawson had just finished purchasing $150 of merchandise at Victoria’s Secret in Austin, TX, when her 4-month-old son needed to be fed. She asked the employee behind the counter if she could use the fitting room to breastfeed.

Melanie Powell  was born on December 10th, 2013, at Oak Bend Medical Center.

Twenty-nine year old police officer, Jiang Xiaojuan, left her six month old baby with her mother to take part in disaster relief efforts, after the 2008 earthquake.

Xiaojaun breastfed nine babies during her relief work and was nicknamed “The police mom”.
