Breastfeeding moms in Brazil’s largest city have just received a boost in support from lawmakers. The city of Sao Paulo, Brazil have approved a new law that will prohibit businesses from stopping public breastfeeding. Once the mayor signs off on the bill, which is expected to happen in the next few weeks, anyone who violates this new law will be fined 500 Rs (Approximately $150 USD).
