I know that this isn’t a traditional dessert for Thanksgiving, but the great part of being “The Cook” is that we get to make lots of decisions as far as the menu goes. I love this ice cream pie recipe, so this is my pick.  Don’t worry I have a great Pumpkin Pie, it is coming up.  This Cranberry Ice Cream Pie is great for serving at Christmas.
