A few weeks ago, a mother took her daughter to meet Santa at Middlesbrough’s Cleveland Centre. She told Santa that her daughter had trouble with verbal communication. Santa immediately stepped up his game and started signing with the young girl.
This small gesture is striking the hearts of the whole world, this season.

Lexington, Kentucky has come up with a genius way to fill local food banks. From November 16 – December 18, if you receive a parking ticket you can pay it off with canned goods.
The “Food for Fines” program has been hugely successful in the past. Last year, over 6,200 cans of food were accepted as payment for 600 meter citations. This year they have expanded the program to all parking violations in hopes of increasing that amount.
