I’m near the end of the first trimester and starting to feel better. I’m also starting to show a little. We used this image to announce our pregnancy on Sunday (for our anniversary).
Because I’ve started to show a little (annoyingly, much earlier than with my first!), I’ve already got some of my maternity clothes out, but a quick favorite right now is the new top that Angel Maternity sent me.
The Shirt
This is one of the most versatile maternity shirts I have right now. It’s been great for just starting to show because the way it drapes actually really hides the first trimester bump I’m getting. I’m going to assume this would be great for postpartum or even just for a tummy “problem-area”. It’s also a nursing top with really easy access, but you can’t tell at all. So basically, it works for maternity, nursing, post-partum, and just every day. That’s pretty versatile.
Plus, it has 3/4 length sleeves but a nice fabric that isn’t too clingy or too thin. The 3/4 length sleeves make it great for summer evenings or fall, but the thicker fabric means I’ll probably be able to wear it through the winter. Very…what’s the word? Versatile.

The Company
Our contact was really great and is actually pregnant, too. (Congrats, again!) They have tons of options right now, but they also get new items in fairly regularly. Here’s a new item I love:
