It has come to my attention that a lot of bloggers have never heard of The SITS Girls before.

Confession Friday
I don’t like dogs.
Heart of stone, you ask? Possibly.
I’m a cat person.
Here are a few of problems I have with the little mongrels:
- When you pet a dog your hand smells . (FYI that does not happen with cats)
- They follow you around begging for food (the nerve!).
- When you pet them your hand smells.
- They just look stupid (look in those eyes and honestly tell me you don’t think, “the lights are on, but nobody’s home”).

My dad turned 63 this week!
I’ve received so many lovely responses from his Valentine’s Day letter to me.
I know people liberally use the term “greatest dad in the world,” but mine really is great.
Here are some of the reasons I think this:

My breastfeeding story began long before my daughter was born or even conceived. When I was twenty-one, I discovered a lump in my left breast. At twenty-two, I underwent a core needle biopsy which revealed that I had a benign condition called Pseudoangiomatous Stromal Hyperplasia.
