Avery Huffman is a 6-year-old little girl who was recently diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor (diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma). Her parents have been documenting their child’s journey on Twitter using the hashtag #AveryStrong.
Actress Kristen Bell heard about Avery’s recent diagnosis, in addition to the news that she was also a huge fan of the movie Frozen, and decided to do something special for this brave little girl.
Many of you probably already know that Bell voices a character in Frozen named Anna, Queen Elsa’s little sister and a fan favorite.
Well, Bell used those uber famous vocal chords to send a voicemail to little Avery as The Princess Anna…(you can see where this is going… Frozen fans, this is a big deal)…
Avery’s father, Brandon, posted a video of his daughter listening the voice mail for the first time. Avery’s reaction is as adorable as the message.
Bell starts out by telling her young fan how brave she is. Then the actress got so into character that she even started speaking to Queen Elsa, and announced that Avery wold be an honorary Princess thanks to Elsa’s orders.
There wasn’t a dry eye over here by the end of the video.
