There are only a handful of companies/products I really go crazy for, and Hampton Creek is definitely on the list. Some of you may remember when we posted about them earlier in the year. Since then, their eggless mayonnaise has since become a staple in our home.
When I was writing the post for Just Mayo, they sent me some previews of their eggless cookie dough. I was obsessed at first bite. They informed me it hadn’t hit store shelves yet, but every time I found myself at a grocery store that carried “Just Mayo”, I would always poke around to see if the cookie dough was nearby.
Well, “Just Cookie Dough” has finally been released, and no one is more excited than I am…

And while the cookies also look delicious, I will confess I haven’t even made it that far with my two tubs of dough. In just three days, my husband and I ate it all as “just dough,” because it is that good… plus, Hampton Creek’s Instagram account was giving us too many awesome recipe ideas for the uncooked dough:
