Have you heard of PBAP?

Public Breastfeeding Awareness Project (PBAP) was founded in 2013 by Leilani Rogers. The project’s mission is to help normalize breastfeeding in public through photographs depicting a nursing mom’s daily life.

Their “breastfeeding in real life” images have made a dramatic impact on social media this past year. The group was so moved by the public’s support of the project, that they released a video montage of 2014’s top contributors.

We love the breastfeeding and baby wearing photos!

Breastfeeding past infancy is also depicted in many images throughout the video.

My personal favorite is the image of the child nursing, with support from medical staff, during (what appears to be) a doctor’s visit. (It reminds me of Jay’s office!)
