Veronica Belmont called Comcast on Monday to cancel service.

The customer service representative was not being very helpful.
And Belmont was getting a little frustrated…
So she handed the phone off to her husband, Ryan.
Ryan and Veronica were both hoping that Ryan would be able to make some traction with this rep, and get this service cancelled once and for all.
First he seemed just mildly annoyed and began recording their conversation.
His annoyance quickly grew to complete disbelief. The rep seemed to be talking them in circles.
Utter frustration finally hit.
Yet somehow, Ryan managed to keep his composure through the whole ordeal. He was clearly perturbed, but his rage was concealed.
Because he had to have really been thinking this the whole time…
Maybe he held it together because he knew they were recording…or maybe it was because the rep seemed kind of unstable.
The good news? It seemed like everything got resolved…
Although, the Comcast rep seemed less than thrilled.
And all of us listening kind of felt like this by the end.
