Being able to be outside and enjoy the scenery is enough to distract your kids from arguing and getting into trouble. Find a Gym with a Daycare
Most gyms, like Fitness 19, have childcare available to members. In fact, you could be doing them a favor. You are not a bad mom if you drop your kids off at the gym daycare. Your kids need time to socialize with other kids their own age. If you have little ones that aren’t in school yet, then it is especially beneficial for them to get that small amount of time at the gym’s daycare. While there, your child can learn valuable lessons while playing with other kids all at the same time you are getting in exercise.
Schedule Grandparent Time
Your parents probably dote over your little ones and are happy to spend time with them every chance they can get. Use this time to get in your daily exercise. If you have parents close by or other family members that would love to spend a little quality time with the kids, then talk to them about watching them a few times a week. Be cautious of their schedule and make sure you’re not spend hours at the gym. Instead, drop them off for about an hour at a time so no one gets too exhausted from the ordeal.
Get Your Kids Involved
Playdates don’t have to involve your kids getting in all the playtime, while you sit and watch. Instead, you can spend this time with other moms who are looking to get in a good workout. Schedule playdates that involve burning calories.
