We have a new cloth diaper donation drive happening!
This will be ongoing… so it is never too late to join in.
We first introduced you to Thembi Mdluli when we announced that Waves For Water had donated filters to the rural community of Huntington, South Africa:
Thembi is the Community Development Manager at Lion Sands Luxury Safari Lodge and grew up in the city of Huntington, South Africa, very close to the Lion Sands Private Reserve.
Thembi has been a champion for her home and has taken each one of the opportunities she has been given in her life to give back to the people of Huntington.
Thembi has told us of the shortage of cloth diapers in the area, and the great need for those diapers.
So here is how you can help!
Donate used or new cloth diapers to help out the community of Huntington! (Any kind of diaper/cover will be used!)
Send your diapers to:
Bhubezi Community Projects

Or

The diapers will go to Henna Pre-School (where we visited last February) and a daycare center for single working mothers (or mothers in school) – both are overseen by Thembi.
Thembi and I will keep you updated with the arrival of your donated diapers!
