Here are some highlights of Christmas Day in our Family
- I wanted to wear festive pajamas for Christmas. I randomly found some XL red polka dot pajamas in one of the guest bedrooms. We have no idea who the original owner was.
- Aram and Samuel received “I love boobies” bracelets in their stockings. They are a hit!
- Our tradition of eating Aunt Sharon’s homemade cinnamon rolls in the morning! YUM
- My mom also wore long-johns in the morning. Added this year was a Christmas mouse.
- My nephews loved their squirt gun presents from us (when you hit their vest it turns red)
- Brian must have taken a hint from this post and filled my stocking with new undies
- After opening presents my mom went upstairs to start lunch and thought she was having a heart attack. 911 was called, the paramedics took her to the ER…She was fine, she has a hiatal hernia. Good news is we discovered her heart is in GREAT shape!
- The Paramedics gave my mom nitroglycerin before they transported her. This caused a MAJOR headache. She and my dad had to stay home while the rest of my family went to my Grandma’s for dinner.
- Cousin Bryan made some awesome gin fizzes!
- It felt so good to have the whole family together again on Christmas night! Cousin Whitney and my Parents need to be there next year to make it perfect!
- The next day we went to Brunch with my mom and toasted her health
- The boys played with some of their Christmas loot
