Blackberry Vanilla Soda Recipe

Written by:  Jamie

Here is one of our favorite homemade soda recipes…

Due to its pink hue, this is a great soda to serve at Valentine’s Day parties, or just for fun at home!

First start out with a blackberry vanilla simple syrup.

BlackBerry Vanilla Simple Syrup:

1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup blackberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Place ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat.

Allow mixture to simmer, lowering heat to medium-low to prevent from boiling.

Once honey has dissolved and blackberries have softened, break up berries with spoon, cover, and remove form heat. Allow for mixture to sit for 20 minutes.
