These friends, from Australia, only 4 weeks apart in gestation, share their joint bump pic to shed the “bump shame” so often found online. It started as an innocent picture between friends but turned into a statement that everyone’s bumps look different and the criticism of women’s bodies needs to stop. As long as mom and baby are healthy it doesn’t matter if it’s “too big” or “too small”. Everyone carries differently.
Fitness model, Chontel Duncan shared the image on her Instagram.
Each women carries different and this most certainly doesn’t mean one is doing something wrong or not healthy etc. We both have healthy growing babies & we both have had incredible pregnancies so far, feeling amazing & full of energy.

And this is where it all began… Two ladies 4-5weeks apart in their pregnancies, both super happy & healthy, loving their journeys, embracing the changes & proud to share their growing bumps!
