Mother-to-Child HIV Transmission and Breastfeeding

I've had discussions recently that compelled me to write something on this issue. I think that a lot of people either have no knowledge of this topic, or have misinformation. Breastfeeding is a valid option for HIV positive women in developing parts of the world. It is potentially the best option if the HIV+ mothers are on ARV treatment and their viral load is low.
