Andrew Zimmern hosts a show on the Travel Channel called “Bizarre Foods”, where he travels the world sampling different and unique fare of the area.
I like him so much I was personally concerned for him as his weight went up and he looked unhealthy. Recently he’s been looking more svelte and I gave a sigh of relief thinking he’s probably healthier (and more dashing 
…)
Some may ask, “Why would you be lusting after anyone else when you’re married to this stud muffin?”
We call this brian’s “sexy pic” or “zoolander pic”. I’ll use any excuse to whip it out. It cracks me up, and it won’t be the last time I use it on here. It is too ridiculous…
I agree, my husband is the perfect man for me….
Regardless, here are the reasons I am charmed my Mr. Zimmern:
- He’s not a picky eater
- He is well traveled and enjoys traveling
- He is gracious and kind to everyone he meets on his show
- He is a very positive person, in general …and I just like being around people like that
- He has an interesting past and openly talks about how he was once homeless and a drug addict (brave to speak about this- and no doubt saving others by coming out publicly)
- He has beautiful wife and adorable child
…The list could go on and on…
I have to say, Anderson Cooper is a close second…
I’m not one to get blown over by celebrities at all, but I do have a few strange crushes…
Ben Stiller – Just looking at him cracks me up. He also seems clever. I don’t know what it is, but I’d just like to hang out with Ben Stiller and be totally weird together. Wit and brains are big in my books.
Tom Colicchio – After watching a few seasons of Top Chef, I suddenly realized I had a bit of a crush on Tom. The adorable bald head, the cute smile, the skills in the kitchen, and something teddy-bearish going on there…
Pasha Kovalev – Okay, not a huge celebrity per se… because he’s a dancer. I don’t have a crush on him until he starts dancing and then LOOK. OUT. Dancing is a passion of mine and that guy is perfection on the dance floor.
Idris Elba – Most women understand this one. Just watch The Wire. Anyone who can make you have a crush on a cold, evil character has got something going on.
I’m sure there are more, but that’s a good start!
LOL Zoe! “I’m not into celebrities” and then you list off all these people. You’re so funny. i get it, though. It’s always the off-the-wall people that seem interesting to me. The “SUPER” celebrities don’t do it.

Tom Irwin. Maybe less so now, but definitely back in the days of “My So Called Life.” It’s the eyebrows. Gotta agree with Idris Elba, too.

OMG!!!! I love Andrew Zimmern and Anderson Cooper as well. I also have a huge crush on Daniel Craig (alond with many many others) and have informed The BF I will dump him in a heartbeat of Daniel Craid ever calls me.
I am so glad there is someone else that understands!
Oh, I never understood Daniel Craig until I saw the first James Bond movie he was in. He is charming! I totally get it, now.
Anderson Cooper is gay, but I think my husband likes the fact that I’m attracted to people that would never like me..;-) haha kidding.

I’m not one for celebrities, but I’m a sports gal through and through, and can’t help but hop my love around to my favorite player of the moment. Right now there is a delicious rookie on my pro baseball team….too bad he’s 21 and nearly jail bait for my mama of three behind.
Idris, of course, is yum. But I can’t help but faint at the thought of kissing Morris Chestnut’s lips. Holy moly.
LOL I know. I’ve always been attacted to older men and I’m getting to the age now when I’ll think, “oh that guy is really cute!” And I find out he is 3 years younger than me. Which isn’t that creepy, but it still makes me uneasy. It makes me feel old….
